This strategy can range from a one-off consultation of one hour, weekly sessions, to a more thorough approach where Eso Si will attend your training/class and provide you with specific feedback.
What do I get?
Apart from personal coaching sessions, you will receive a written personal report that summarizes the coaching approach, results and next steps.
